Senior Pastor - Harcell Montgomery III
A native of Houston, Texas, he is the proud Founder and Senior Pastor of Walking in Victory Church. Pastor Montgomery has a profound love for God and the people. After running from God for many years, he finally accepted the calling to turn his life to Christ in 2006. During this period, he served in various roles at a local church which made him dive deeper into the word of God and adapt the disciplines of the Christian faith. Today, we see the fruits of that discipline crafted into the inner workings of Walking in Victory Church.
Pastor Montgomery was licensed and ordained in 2009. He is the devoted husband to First Lady Tanea Montgomery and the father of two exceptional children, Quintin Montgomery and Trinity Montgomery.
First Lady - Tanea Montgomery
Lady Montgomery is a native of San Antonio, TX. She was first introduced to God at an early age by her grandparents, Clifton and Annie M. Hall while attending her late uncle’s church at Trinity Missionary Baptist Church. She was baptized at seven years old at Trinity Missionary Baptist Church, where she learned how to serve God through constant prayer, studying his word, and ministry.
She relocated to Houston, TX, in the early 90s to pursue a career in Nursing. She’s always had the compassion to encourage and help others. She obtained a Master’s Degree in Nursing and has 10+ years in the field. She is married to Pastor Harcell Montgomery III and has come alongside her husband to accept the call.
Associate Pastor - Reginald Johnson
Pastor Reginald Johnson is a man of God who lives to exemplify the life and love of Jesus Christ. He’s down-to-earth and has a transparent style of preaching and teaching. His life is a testament that there is nothing too hard for God!
He moved from Victoria, Texas to Houston, Texas, in 1998 and accepted the Call of God to preach the gospel in 2005 while attending Higher Dimension Church under Pastor Terrance Johnson. He served in many areas of ministry during his time there. In March 2019, he accepted the role of Associate Pastor at Walking In Victory Church under the leadership of Pastor Harcell Montgomery. He shares a passion with Pastor Montgomery to love, teach, inspire and evangelize God’s creation.
