During this fast, we are seeking the Lord for our breakthrough. We need the Lord in everything we do, so we must draw closer to Him.
During the 21-day period from January12th to February 1st, we aim to be intentional and take this time to focus on our relationship with the Lord. We ask that you follow the food guidelines, but if you have a medical condition that requires to eat at specific times or consume certain types of food for your health, please do what is necessary to remain healthy.
